INFORMATION, ADVICE & GUIDANCE
If any students have questions or concerns, or they do not achieve the entry requirements for their chosen course, they should come in on one of our Information, Advice & Guidance days (see below)*. Appointments are not needed and parents/carers are welcome to accompany students.

Enrolment & Welcome Event for Full-time students and Apprentices

Prospective students who have the offer of a place on a College course will need to attend our Enrolment & Welcome Event*
Please come at the time allocated to the programme area you will be joining:
8.45am – 10.15am
Apprentices for Plumbing, Carpentry and Joinery, Electrical, Trowel Trades, Motor Vehicle, Welding & Fabrication, CIOB & Built Environment (Levels 3 & 4), Mechanical Manufacturing, Engineering (full-time)
10.15am – 11am
Early Years
11am – 12pm
Performing Arts, Creative & Digital Arts
12pm – 1pm
Health & Social Care, Public Services
1.30pm – 2pm
Business, IT & Computing, Office Administration Career Start
2pm – 3pm
Sport, Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, Hospitality & Catering
3pm – 5pm
Access, Aspire (Level 1)
Prospective students who have the offer of a place on a course will need to attend. Please bring a copy of your qualifications or a print out of your results, together with up-to-date contact details (including an email address) for your parent(s)/guardian(s)/carer(s) and photo ID if you have it. If your course requires you to have a work placement, please see the Welcome to TGI College email sent to you in July for additional documents you will need to bring. You will be given joining instructions for your course at the event.
*Students from Alderney or those who have been studying outside the Bailiwick and who have not yet moved over to Guernsey who have been offered a place in September are welcome to join us at our IAG Days and Enrolment & Welcome event, however there is no financial support for this. Please see the letter you have been sent with details of alternative arrangements.
