Our 2020 Tech Day will take place on Thursday 27 February at Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts, 11.00 – 5.00pm

The fourth Tech Day event gives the College’s Computing and IT students a fantastic opportunity to showcase technologies and skills to potential employers and to bring together tutors, students and the business sector to discuss the current and future provision of technology and learning.

Our students will demonstrate a wide range of projects from AI to security solutions, software development to games.

This year the event is being sponsored by Agilisys and we are extremely grateful for their generous support.

This is an ideal environment for building partnerships between learners and the community. Again this year we are involving Office Administration students who will showcase their work experience and demonstrate their own skills in assisting with the organisation and running of the day.

For students, the event creates an ideal opportunity to find out more about employers and the type of careers that are available. Employers will gain valuable insight into the learning currently offered and to make a contribution to discussions regarding future training provision requirements.
