We are holding an Open Evening for the Level 4/5 Higher National Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Course

Date: Thursday 12 September
Time: 6.00pm –7.00pm
Venue: Room D34 at Delancey Campus.

Anyone interested in the course is welcome to come along and talk to tutors and ask any questions you might have. During the evening we will be covering the course content, mode of delivery, assessment methods, placement requirements, initial assessment and application process

Requirements for this course are:

• Related work experience
• A BTEC Level 3 Early Years Educator (or related subject) qualification
• GCSE A* to C grades and/or 9 to 4 in English language and maths (or equivalent) are strongly recommended
• A GCE Advanced Level profile that demonstrates strong performance in a relevant subject or adequate performance in more than one GCE Advance Level subject
• You should be either working in or willing to volunteer across a variety of childcare and school settings

We advise that on the day of the open evening you bring along copies of your highest qualifications in maths/English or any qualifications held in childcare (if  none are held please just let us know).
