Following the success of our first course, we are running a further course on 12 May 2018.

This course is a  non-certificated introduction to massage.  It is aimed at those wishing to develop some techniques that they can use at home.

Date: Saturday 12 May  2018

Time: 9.30am 3.30 pm – 30 minute lunch break

Location: Les Ozouets Campus – room 102  first floor/beauty salon

Course Cost: £100.00

Session Content

• Basic anatomy of related area to include; Bones and Muscles  of the back, basic principles of blood circulation and the nervous system
• Effect of stress on the body
• Benefits of massage & techniques used
• When not to massage
• Demonstration of massage routine
• Pair work – carry out back massage on another delegate

Please bring a packed lunch with you.  Vending machines are available for drinks

Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes for massage. Short nails please!

Hand outs will be given and all equipment supplied
