Women2Win, inspired by the recent Power of Voice events, is supported by a broad cross section of men and women in Guernsey. The programme is a bespoke skills development and coaching package to encourage and equip women to stand for Guernsey 2016 election. The programme endorsed and funded by the States of Guernsey has come together in a recognition that the States needs to change in order to win the trust and confidence of the people of Guernsey and in doing so encouraging a more diverse representation at the Assembly.

Women2Win intends to source and help more women of high calibre into government until the States of Guernsey fairly represents women.

Women2WinGSY is campaigning to promote more of the brightest and best women the community has to offer and further convince the people of Guernsey of the benefits of putting their trust in female candidates.

Women2Win believes that when the gender balance of candidates reflects that of modern society in Guernsey, the Bailiwick’s electoral support substantially increases – by making a concerted effort to bring about gender equality, the electorate will recognise the positive efforts being made and this will be reflected in their vote.

Guernsey needs a modern and rejuvenated States Assembly, made up of the most talented and able women and men the Bailiwick has to offer – because of this your community needs you.
